What's Included

Our workmanship warranty covers the physical installation and integration of your system. This includes the security of terminations, proper routing of cables according to marine standards, and the correct commissioning of system software.

Victron Energy

Most Victron components carry a 5-year limited warranty. We manage the diagnostic and claim process for any system we have installed.

Fogstar Batteries

Fogstar Drift batteries are backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. We provide direct technical support for all Fogstar integrations.

Claim Support

While components are covered by their respective brands, we act as your point of contact to troubleshoot and facilitate repairs or replacements.

Warranty Claims Process

We stand by our work. If you experience an issue with your installation, follow these simple steps to initiate a claim.

Initial Contact

Contact Mikey Flynn Electrical as soon as an issue is identified. You can reach us via phone at 0800 0025338 or email hello@mikeyflynnelectrical.co.uk. For off-grid or marine systems, providing a brief description of the fault helps us triage the urgency.

Information Gathering

To support your claim, please provide your original invoice number and, where possible, photos or screenshots of any error messages from your system (e.g., Victron Cerbo GX or battery BMS alerts).

Workmanship Assessment

We will arrange a site visit to assess whether the issue falls under our workmanship warranty. If the fault is due to installation error, we will rectify it promptly at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturer Support

If the fault lies with a component (Victron, Fogstar, etc.), we facilitate the manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf. We handle the technical communication and physical replacement of parts to get your system back online.
